About the Artist
CURRICUM VITAE
Frankie Brackley Tolman is a professional artist who has achieved Signature Member Status in the New England Watercolor Society and the Rhode Island Watercolor Society. Before its closing, she was a faculty member at the Sharon Arts Society in Sharon, NH, where she taught Experimental Painting and Mixed Media Painting. Her vibrant paintings have been accepted into many national, regional, and local juried exhibits and her work is in many private collections throughout North America. Several magazine and published books covers display her paintings including “Dwelling in Possibility” by Howard Mansfield and “Indifferent Light” by Susan Pope. She has also participated in New Hampshire Public Television’s juried auction every year since 2007. You can see her paintings at the Amethyst Studio and Gallery, 43 Nubanusit Road in Nelson, NH by appointment and/or the Fall Foliage Art Studio Tour held every fall on Columbus Day weekend.
